My name is Shannon from Fishers, Indiana. I’ve had pretty much all of my cleanings and fillings, which typically can be unpleasant, but I have never had an unpleasant experience here. All of my family, my children, my husband, we’ve all really enjoyed our time here and the office staff has been amazing. Even when they call I know their voices right away. I know who they are, they know who I am, they remember my kids. My experience with Dr. Julia has been really amazing. We’re preparing to move out of state and I’m going to miss her. I’ve tried to convince her to move a little bit of a practice once every three or four months to go make a visit where we’re moving – I don’t see that happening, but I would love it if it did! This office in comparison to some previous offices is just I really feel they know who I am. They remember me, I’m not just a number or a person that they see every six months and that’s not just with one person, it’s with many people in the office. People who have worked on me or my children – they just remember, they care. We really love that about this office. As far as recommendations, I have recommended and I will continue to recommend to my friends and family that live in this area. I try and convince everyone to come here. They all say, “Oh, I love my dental office” and I tell them “you’ll like this one better!” That’s just about it!

Lisa Scott, Fishers Indiana. I had some fillings done and my teeth cleaned. Everybody in the office were just absolutely wonderful including the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctors. I was seeing a dentist for 17 years and he couldn't see me one day so I looked up in the phone book and I found them. I went in there and I was absolutely, totally pleased, not only with their customer service, their procedures, and reasonable prices and their absolutely wonderful to go to!

Hi, I am Ettie Jackson and I live in Fishers, Indiana, and the office I go to is Pearly White Smiles for Dr. Julia Shalit. This is going to be a very much truthful testimony. The office that I go to, they are the most friendliest office that I've ever gone to where I feel really, I enjoy going because I get to see all of them. They're always on top of things, they call you and keep in touch with you and I've never had any office do that... I'm 64-years old and I can remember as a child, it was very painful to go to a dentist and none of the new techniques that they have these days... two of my granddaughters go to the office to and they have no fear... When I went to Dr. Julia, she capped six of my top teeth and they were just beautiful...I'm getting ready Monday to get a partial. she knows not to go overboard and like I say I'm being very honest and not going to be that perfect but in my opinion this is the most perfect office that you can go to. I cant say enough things about Dr. Julia and how wonderful she is, how wonderful the staff is. They make you glad you're going in to see all their friendly faces. I advise anyone to go to this office. If I didn't care and didn't like this office, I certainly wouldn't keep going. Hi, my name is Candice and my hometown is Indianapolis, Indiana and the experience I had with the office, Julia Shalit's office, is it’s very clean and it's very professional when you walk in. Everyone is so nice. I got my veneers done there, and a bleaching and they came out perfect. I love their staff; the reason that I would go to them versus anywhere else is they get me in right away. The professionalism, friendliness, I was just impressed with everyone. My new smile is gorgeous, I get all kinds of compliments on it and I would recommend the office to all my friends and family. Hi, my name is Anna Parmley; my hometown is Indiana, real close to Indianapolis. I had a real good experience with this dentist office. They're really, really nice and gentle; they always vocalize that they don't want to hurt you at all, that they want to make it comfortable. So the procedure I had done is having a temporary crown and now the permanent crown today and they did a very good thorough job with that. This dentist office is way better than the dentist office I was at previously because my previous dentist didn't record everything - like all the things they were going to do and they didn't explain what they were going to do sometimes. They'd start working on my mouth sometimes and I didn't know what they were doing and why they were doing it. But at this dentist office, they explain what they're going to do so it's very comforting in that manner. Thanks so much!

Hi, my name is David Brayhaus, my hometown is Indianapolis. the procedure I had over the past year was a full mouth reconstruction of 24 teeth. I had a problem with grinding and I ground down almost to the roots, so I had 24 crowns put in. the experience I had with this office has been great. I was very nervous about talking to dentists; maybe a little bit because I was ashamed of the way my teeth were. so I had a consultation with Dr. Julia and the staff, which were by the way - fabulous! I enjoyed the patience that they had with me to answer all the questions they had and I felt very comfortable doing the procedure here at Pearly White Smiles. I don't know why I chose this office. I went on the website and saw they had everything that it could offer for me; everything from full mouth reconstruction to just the cleanings and the normal checkups. so I figured everything was under one office and that's kind of what I was looking for with a dentist. I guess I would love to finish off with saying that after the procedure was over with, with all the torment that I went through, which was my fault not theirs, and I had so many teeth worked on that it was a hard experience for me. but at the end of the procedure I am very confident with my smile, I love the way it looks and I'm very happy to have done it. I have NO regrets. thank you!

My name is Jason Carr from Noblesville, Indiana. I came in to have several procedures done; I needed some reconstruction and some fillings and a partial on the bottom, several root canals. I wanted to have sedation; that was wonderful. We prepaid as much as we could and then using Care Credit or Dental Bank was great. Everyone here has been fantastic; the hygienist was wonderful, Tiana I believe was her name who helped Dr. Shalit at first and then Dr. Jivet. Everyone has been so kind and so helpful and understanding of the nerves I felt through all this procedure and no judgment anywhere considering how long I waited to get procedures done, for not having insurance. Everyone’s been extremely kind, they were just as happy as I was!

Sherry; Fortville. My procedure was a crown and everything went well, especially the reference of the establishment that I had to go to get the root canal. The crown is still very good; it has been on there for a year now, the experience here at the office with Dr. Julia and her staff has been excellent. My husband has had extensive work; both my kids come here and my son definitely enjoyed it. My daughter is a little scared of the dentist and she made it through alright as well. When I’ve gotten cleanings they’ve been thorough and quick. I had a filling done and usually with fillings I have a hard time getting numb and needing more than one shot and Dr. Julia got it done the first time. I was completely comfortable. I’ve had a lot of things done here, including porcelain veneers and it’s been great because for the first time ever I can smile without feeling self-conscious and everyone thinks my porcelain veneers are real. The office here is very clean and modern; the staff is friendly, caring, and compassionate. They’re happy when I’m here; they’re happy to see me and I’m happy to be here and basically if you’re afraid to come to the dentist, you’ve been going to the wrong dentist. I first came in for my original checkup and screening when I moved to this town and Dr. Julia’s office was the first one I came to and I’ve had such a wonderful experience from the first visit. I really appreciated the experience I had here. I’m the type of person that’s pretty nervous about going to the dentist and I’m also difficult to work on getting my teeth clean….. They dealt with me in a kind way and also I didn’t feel any kind of pain, they were able to sedate me, I appreciate that too. …. I’m very happy with the end result. I had a broken tooth so they put a crown on and a veneer on my other tooth, they took care of it and everything matched up really nice. They also did a teeth whitening ….. was a really nice experience …

My experience thus far has been absolutely wonderful. The crew knows me pretty well now. I had several things that needed to be done with my teeth, and Dr. Julia did a wonderful job taking care of me. I have a very high anxiety level when it coming to the dentist. It is not my favorite place to be and coming here after moving into town was absolutely wonderful. Every time I've come in everyone greets me with a smile and does a very good job of taking care of me. That means a lot to help me make it through the day. I work in the health care field where I like taking care of my patients and so it feels great being take care of on my own.
